Sorry for delay,yestrday all computers were completely hanging,so I pass
my considerations about TOF&VETO electronics in NIM shape only today.

To this number of modules must be added some number of NIM electronic,
which used in current setup:discriminators, generators,and other.In this
table I've included only electronic,which must be desighned.

delays for trigger adjustment.
